Casa Amarillo is about a 15-minute walk from the beach and downtown.

How many guests can stay in a villa?
Casa Maverick and Casa Amarillo sleep up to 20, VTB14 sleeps 16+ and Casa Marlin sleeps 14. Our condos sleep 4 to 10, and the four Breakwater Point units can be booked together for up to 18 guests.

Jaco is roughly a 1.5–2 hour drive from San José International Airport (SJO), depending on traffic.
What is the best time of year to visit?
The dry season, roughly December to April, has the most sunshine. The green season (May to November) usually brings afternoon rain but fewer crowds.
Which properties have private pools?
Casa Maverick (infinity pool), Casa Marlin (private pool and jacuzzi) and VTB14 (private pool and hot tub) have their own pools. Our Breakwater Point condos have pool access.
Can transportation be arranged?

Los Sueños Resort & Marina is in Herradura, a short drive north of Jaco. Casa Maverick, VTB14 and Delmar are inside Los Sueños.

Yes. Los Sueños Marina is a well-known sport-fishing base. We can help you find a charter for your group.
Are parties allowed inside rental properties?
Yes. Parties and events are allowed at all of our homes, within each home’s maximum number of guests. Tell us your plans when you inquire so we can suggest the right house.
What activities are available for large groups?
Sport fishing from Los Sueños Marina, ATV tours, the zip line, surfing lessons, horseback riding, jet skis, golf cart rentals and massages. Each service is listed with a link on our Tours page.
How far in advance should a group book?
Book the villa as early as you can, especially for the dry season (roughly December to April) and holidays, when the largest homes go first. Reserve fishing charters and popular tours a few weeks ahead. Stays have a two-night minimum, and five nights over Christmas and New Year.
