The penthouse is on the top floor of Breakwater Point (BWP), a gated community in Jaco steps from the beach. Restaurants, bars and nightlife in downtown Jaco are within walking distance, so the group rarely needs a car in the evening.

Why BWP Penthouse works for group trips

Five bedrooms (four king and one with two queen beds) and five bathrooms sleep up to 12 guests. The open-concept living area and private balcony are made for gathering before a night out.

Breakwater Point has three more Jaco Casa condos in the same community: BWP 701, BWP 702 and BWP 703. Larger groups can book the units together, up to a combined maximum of 18 guests.

Planning a stay at the top of Breakwater Point

For a Jaco beach penthouse rental, the BWP Penthouse is the largest of the four Breakwater Point units and the natural headquarters when a group books several of them. Ten guests sleep here, and BWP 701, 702 and 703 can take the rest of the party up to the 18-guest combined maximum.

Getting to BWP Penthouse

Jaco is roughly a 1.5–2 hour drive from San José International Airport (SJO), depending on traffic. A single private transfer keeps the group together and is usually simpler than several taxis or rental cars: see Private Driver for airport transfers, or read our Jaco airport transportation guide.
