That makes it a good Jaco Costa Rica vacation condo for three couples or a group of friends who want private rooms with a shared kitchen and living area.

The gated community adds the extras: the shared pool for afternoons between beach sessions, the fitness center for an early workout and round-the-clock security at the entrance.
