  A central 2-bedroom condo completed in 2025, with self check-in and garage parking. It has no pool, but downtown is walkable.

Start with your headcount

Group size narrows the choice faster than anything else. Count everyone who will sleep at the house, then pick from the homes that fit. Each home has a maximum number of guests, set by its listing.

• 16 to 20 guests: Casa Maverick and Casa Amarillo each sleep up to 20, and VTB14 sleeps up to 16.
• 12 to 14 guests: Casa Marlin sleeps 14 in 6 en-suite bedrooms. VTB14 also works for this size.
• Up to 18 guests downtown: book the four Breakwater Point condos together: BWP Penthouse, BWP 701, BWP 702 and BWP 703. Each unit has its own maximum (10, 6, 6 and 4 guests), and the combined maximum when they are booked together is 18 guests.
• 8 to 10 guests: Delmar sleeps 8 in Los Sueños, and the BWP Penthouse sleeps 10 on Jaco Beach.
• Small groups of 4 to 6: Casa Azul and BWP 703 sleep 4 each, and BWP 701 and BWP 702 sleep 6 each. They also work as a second base when a group is too big for one house.

Parties and events

Parties and events are allowed at all of our homes, including Casa Azul. The limit that matters is each home’s maximum guest number, so choose a house that fits everyone you plan to host, not just the people sleeping there.

Choose the area

Our homes are in three areas, and each one suits a different kind of trip.

Los Sueños Resort & Marina

Casa Maverick, VTB14 and Delmar are inside Los Sueños Resort & Marina in Herradura, just north of Jacó. This is the base for groups whose plan centers on sport fishing from the marina and the golf course nearby. Downtown Jacó is a short drive away, so plan a driver for nights out.

Downtown Jacó

The four Breakwater Point condos are on Jaco Beach in a gated community, and Casa Azul is a central condo near downtown restaurants. From either, the beach, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Casa Amarillo is in Jacó too, about a 15-minute walk from the beach and downtown.

Playa Hermosa

Casa Marlin sits above Playa Hermosa, about 10 minutes by car from Jaco Beach. It suits groups who want a self-contained house with ocean views, a private pool, a jacuzzi and a game room, and who are happy to drive into town.

Nightlife access

If nights out are the priority, stay downtown. The Breakwater Point condos and Casa Azul keep bars and restaurants walkable, and Casa Amarillo is about 15 minutes away on foot. From Los Sueños or Playa Hermosa, book a driver so nobody drives after drinking.

Pools and outdoor space

• Private pools: Casa Maverick (infinity pool), VTB14 (pool and hot tub) and Casa Marlin (pool and jacuzzi).
• Casa Amarillo has a pool at the house.
• The Breakwater Point condos have a pool in their gated beachfront community, steps from the sand.
• Delmar has wrap-around terraces inside Los Sueños.
• Casa Azul has no pool. It is a central condo for a small group that will spend its days at the beach or out on activities.
• Game rooms: Casa Maverick and Casa Marlin.

Meals and a private chef

Feeding a big group three times a day is easier at the house than in restaurants. Our Jaco private chef cooks breakfast, lunch or dinner at any of our homes; groceries are charged separately. Casa Maverick and Casa Amarillo have two or more kitchens, which helps when the chef is cooking for 20. The smaller condos suit a chef dinner for a few people.

How to book

• Shortlist two or three homes that fit your headcount and your preferred area.
• Check live availability on each home’s Airbnb listing, linked from its page, or message us on WhatsApp (+506 6227 3248) for a direct quote.
• Stays have a two-night minimum, and five nights over Christmas and New Year.
• Send flight times so we can help with the transfer from San José International Airport (SJO), roughly 1.5–2 hours away by road.
