The full-day service covers breakfast, lunch and dinner for $350 per day, plus the cost of groceries. Booked separately, three individual meals at $150 each would come to $450, so the full day is the better value whenever your group wants the chef for all three meals.
Beyond the price, a full day changes how the vacation feels. The day’s cooking can be planned as a whole, so breakfast, lunch and dinner work together instead of being three separate arrangements. You might start with a Costa Rican breakfast, enjoy a light seafood lunch and finish with a BBQ or pasta night, all built around the menu your group chose in advance. For larger groups especially, having every meal handled removes a lot of daily coordination.
Groceries are always charged separately from the chef’s service fee. Grocery arrangements and estimated costs are discussed and confirmed before your booking, so you understand how the total is made up.
You do not have to pick one plan for the whole stay. A common pattern is the full day on arrival day and on the morning after the big night out, and a single $150 meal on days when the group is out fishing or eating in town. Either way, the chef fee pays for the cooking and groceries are billed on top.
