RANCHO DE SUENOS –
-Just got renovated!! Spectacular Property and Venue with 20 bedrooms & 20 ensuite bathrooms.
-Rooms have high-end bedding and are super nice.
-Huge resort pool with swim up bar & jacuzzi.
-Huge living room with big dining table, tv, living room, disco, & wet bar.
-Game room (attached to the living room) has 2 pool tables overlooking resort pool. -Outside covered rancho has a wet bar (serves inside the rancho and swim-up bar) & 2 pub-style tables/barstools.
-Also has another outdoor dining area located between the kitchen and covered rancho.
-So you can eat inside with air conditioning in the living room or outside while enjoying the Costa Rica climate – your choice!
-Has 2 kitchens – one private kitchen for the chefs and one general kitchen for everybody. There are safes in the bedrooms.
-The property is gated and also has private parking if needed.

– ALL tours, airport transfers (unless renting cars), boats, and services must ALL be booked with us only after you book.
-“YES IT IS THAT EASY”
– If this is not complied with you will not receive any of the free services. Also read House Rules before booking.

FYI – 99% of the time a groups book all of their services with us anyway so like we said it’s very EASY to qualify for all the FREE services we offer in the price already!

NOTE :
– The restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (We will send you a price sheet after you book)
– If you accept the Free Services and you wind up not complying with the rules after you arrive you will need to reimburse us for all the services used (Prices are on the Price Sheet)

CHEF SERVICE :
– Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions above. Groceries and pre-tip ($2 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED – You can add a lunch chef for an extra cost.
– We will send you menu options after you book to see all of your choices and food costs.

Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day and enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more!

NOTE :
– The average price for a group of 15 for a breakfast & dinner chef is around $225 per day (Groceries and tip not included).
– So this is a UNBELIEVABLY HUGE SAVINGS for your group to have the chef included!

CHEF SERVICE TIMES FOR BREAKFASTS & DINNERS (FOOD ON TABLE) :
Breakfast Serving Times (2 options) – 7 am to 8:30 am or 10:30 am
Dinner Serving Times (2 options) – 5 pm to 6:15 pm or 8:30 pm to 9pm

-They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave.

2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER –
– TWO Free Airport Transfers. 1 from SJO Airport to Jaco for up to 20 passengers and 1 from Jaco to SJO Airport. .
– We can pick you up in San Jose but there will be an additional cost.
-All other transfers are NOT included and are a separate cost.

2 FREE MASSAGES –

DAILY DRIVER –

– So you never need a lot taxis (which can take a long to time to arrive and can get expensive) and can all drive together.

– Drive to Jaco in about 10-12 minutes.
– Drive to Los Suenos Marina/Golf Course in about 4 to 5 minutes.
– Drive to beach in about 2 minutes or walk in around 7 minutes.

WASHER/DRYER : Are NOT for use by the clients. We can do your laundry for $4 per load if needed. We will Not wash tennis shoes or extremely muddy clothing (Note electricity is around 35 cents per kilowatt in Jaco so that is why it is so expensive)..

SINGLES –
13 Rooms – 17 People
Can add 1 extra guest for every extra room added. Max for 20 room is 24 singles. Extra guests after 24 people are allowed at $50 pp per night with a maximum allowed of 35 people.

MIXED GROUP –
13 Rooms – 20 People
Can add 2 extra guest for every extra room added. Max for 20 room is 34 people. Extra guests after the 34 people are allowed at $50 pp per night with a maximum allowed of 40 people at the property.

Also note there is hotel very very close by if needed for more rooms (about a minute walk away).

Located across from Los Suenos Marina & Resort. 10-12 minute drive into Jaco in mini-bus included in rental price.

Also includes a daily doorman from 7pm to 5am.
Other things to note
You will not find a better place to celebrate any type of event at this spectacular venue as it offers most everything you need for any occasion. And with chefs and a driver driver/minibus included in the rental price you will eat like royalty and be able to go back and forth to Jaco easily and quickly and most importantly without having to pay or wait for taxi’s.

Los Suenos is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, place in all of Costa Rica. It has a marina with million dollar boats & yachts, a shopping & dining area, a golf course & million dollar homes and condos. And with Jaco just a 12 minute drive away in your minibus this property offers it all from amenities to location.

This HUGE, AWESOME & UPSCALE VENUE IS YOURS PRIVATELY & EXCLUSIVELY no matter how many rooms you rent – NO SHARING!

Note – There is a loud noise policy after 9pm but you can use you private disco if you want to party all night long or do other activities as well.
