Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Jaco Casa collects when you use jacocasa.com or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email sales@jacocasa.com.

Information you send us
When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address or phone number, travel dates, number of guests, the home or service you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp and email buttons open your own WhatsApp or email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you send it from that app.
- The website contact form can send your message to us by email; the form data is processed by our email delivery provider to reach our inbox.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It may set cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We also record when a WhatsApp, Airbnb, phone or email link is clicked, together with the page path. We do not send the content of your messages or your contact details to Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes.
- To arrange the stay and services you request, such as a private chef or transportation.
- To improve the website.
Bookings and third-party sites
Bookings made on Airbnb or through our direct-booking (Guesty) pages are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Links to partner services, such as tours and transportation, take you to their websites, which have their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide what you ask for (for example, with the chef or driver for your booking) or with service providers that help us run the website and email.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@jacocasa.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
